Job Responsibilities:

• Report to senior bankers under the hierarchy of Investment Banking Division adopted from time to time;
• Assist in coordinating and executing corporate finance assignments including IPO, M&A, financial advisory, compliance advisory and other fund raising transactions;
• Assist in supervising and monitoring corporate finance works of junior investment bankers;
• Assist in resolving deal execution issues and devising due diligence plans;
• Assist and supervise junior bankers in performing data analysis, financial modeling, pitchbook compilation and market data research works;
• Assist in liaison with clients, regulators and other professional parties;
• Assist in providing technical training to junior bankers;
• Provide such other assistance as requested by senior bankers, including deal origination.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree holder preferably with major in finance, accounting and/or legal related disciplines;
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking;
• Independent, strong initiative and follow through, organized, conscientious efficient and works well under pressure;
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Willing to undertake frequent travel and extended stay from time to time.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate.

Candidates with experience in corporate finance and investment banking for 6 years or more can be considered for a more senior position as Vice President.
