Summary

Our client, a large-scale and renowned Chinese Bank, is hiring Credit Control Assistant Officer / Officer to join their Credit Control team in Kowloon Region office. It has over 90 years of history and was recognized as second largest bank in the world by market capitalization. This Banking Role will give you a great multi-cultural experience.

Responsibility:

• Contact customers by telephone to remind payment
• Handle referral cases from Customer Services
• Perform skip tracing for the unlocated customers
• Recommend loan restructuring for customers with financial difficulties
• Follow up customer's request such as waiver or update of customer's information

Requirement:

•  DSE or above with minimum 3 year experience in credit card collection
• Customer oriented, good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic PC Skills, knowledge in MS Office
• Strong command of Spoken and written English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available  is an advantage
