Our client, a large-scale and renowned Chinese Bank, is hiring TWO Contract Clerks to join their Credit Card Loan Team in Kowloon Region office. It has over 90 years of history and was recognized as second largest bank in the world by market capitalization. Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry of credit card loan applications, phone verification with mainland customers and handle fraud detection 
• Conduct KYC by internal and external search for loan applications
• Follow up missing documents and check approval status
• Answer customers' enquiries on loan, accounts, etc.
• Scanning, filing, photocopying and quality checking
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above with 1 year experience in credit card operations or banking industries is preferrable
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication in Mandarin and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is a definite advantage

*Candidates with half year  or above experience in credit card loan operations will entitle higher salary*.
