Job Description
JINGHUI (HONG KONG) HOLDINGS LIMITED
Responsibilities:
. Provide a full spectrum secretarial and administrative supports to the Chairman
. Assist the Chairman in all matters including personal and family issues
. Execute the daily calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
. Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
. Travel arrangements
. Handle ad hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
. Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experiences
. Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
. Native speaker of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
. Excellent in written English and Chinese
. Highly proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
. Frequent business trips will be required, skills to work in traffic is needed
. Legal or financial background is a plus
. Immediate availability is preferred
Extra information :
All-in working attitude are required in the first couple years
