Job description and responsilities:

• Provide support in handling corporate finance projects including initial public offerings and financial advisory transactions involving Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code implications
• Assist and participate in project execution work including due diligence, drafting and reviewing relevant documents, research on financial analysis, coordination with professional parties and etc
• Provide support in preparing proposals and presentation materials

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years' relevant corporate finance or accounting experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work on varuous projects at the same time and under pressure
• Willing to travel to the PRC
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive
