Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Collect and review the required Customer account documents from internal and external parties.
• Verification and checking of Customer accounts on daily basis.
• Liaise and coordinate with operation team for the provision of appropriate documentation to the clients.
• Reconciliation and Communication of Customer account status with internal and external parties.
• Any Ad hoc tasks required.

Job Skills Required :

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team - oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and sensitive to numbers.
