Responsibilities:

• Obtaining relevant investment or M&A information through various external and internal channels to form a database.     
• Analyzed the impact of macro-economic development and TMT industry trend on the international investment environment.
• Conduct due diligence, research and analysis on potential investment or M&A projects, prepare research reports and merger feasibility reports..               

Requirements:

• Degree holders or above in Finance and Economics, with over 3-year experience in TMT industry.                                          
• With a solid foundation of financial analysis, CFA license holders are preferred.                 
• Excellent ability to listen, speak, read and write in Chinese and English.                              
• Willing to travel on business for short periods.
