工作職責(Responsibilities)：

• 良好的溝通技巧與客戶聯繫(Handle clients, vendors or business partners enquiries well)
• 協助內部,外部處理融資文件(Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to plan and execute the financing development issues and documents)
• 負責審核項目融資經營風險(To examine risks of operation in financing projects)
• 出差中國各省進行考察項目規模(Investigate projects scale in China)  (May need to go on business trip in China frequently)
• 處理項目評估,抵押貸款(To deal with Project evaluation,Mortgage loan)

工作要求(Requirements)：  

• 熟習盡職調查及融資借貸經驗(Familiar with DDI & Finance is a MUST)

• 大學學歷或相關專上文憑/證書課程(University degree  or related in Financial discipline)
• 五年或以上有關金融,財務審核工作經驗(5 years in Financial experience)
• 具備組織性及獨立有責任心(Well organized, detailed minded and independent with strong sense of responsibility)
• 熟悉有關電腦程式操作(Good PC skills with strong in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
• 普通話,英文優先考慮(Good command of Written and Spoken in Mandarin & English )
