Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a team of customer care staff to deliver quality customer services
• Review and enhance customer services procedures to cope with business requirements
• Maintain growth of assigned clients and develop client retention strategies
• Assist in establishing sales channels to capture business opportunities
• Solve product or service inquiries, issues and requests quickly and effectively 
• Solicit ongoing feedback for continuous product enhancements
• Conduct group presentations or one-on-one product demonstration

Requirements

• Degree Holder or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Customer Service/Account Management experiences, with one year experience in supervisory role
• Exposure in brokerage or financial sector is preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English, Putonghua will be an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and work independently
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work in a multi-task and fast pace environment
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Customer Relationship Officer
