Our client is a Chinese based Investment banking corporation in Hong Kong. They are currently look for a Compliance Manager in General Compliance

Responsibilities

-	Report to the Head of Compliance and Risk Department.
-	Assist in developing, updating and reviewing policies, procedures and guidelines from the compliance perspective.
-	Perform compliance assessment and monitoring.
-	Design and conduct compliance training.
-	Liaise with regulatory bodies on applications, enquiries, reporting, returns and other compliance issues.
-	Handle ad hoc compliance assignments.

Requirements

-	University graduate with minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
-	Preferably with securities, asset management and corporate finance experience.
-	Able to work under pressure toward tight deadlines.
-	With solid knowledge in application of SFC & local regulatory requirements.
-	Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), excellent verbal and written communication skills.
