We have an immediate need at Portwood Capital Limited for someone to join our real estate securities investment operation, either full time or in a more flexible part time role.

Our ideal candidate MUST POSSESS at least 2 years relevant experience in equity research, preferably real estate equity research and analysis, but need not be a veteran. 

The role is to undertake bottom up analysis on stocks with focus mainly on Asia Pacific, and Europe, generate stock ideas, monitor companies the portfolio, dial in to earnings calls etc...

The focus is primarily on “hard asset” companies, in particular real estate.

The recruit would be expected to help build and operate our portfolio management and tracking system.

Experience with Bloomberg an advantage and good spreadsheet skills are a must.

The candidate will report to Peter Churchouse, one of Hong Kong's foremost real estate experts.
