Responsibilities:

• Lead the CS team to provide quality and professional customer service to client;
• Handle and follow up client’s enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
• Conduct KYC and CDD for new client on-boarding and periodic review on existing clients;
• Responsible for New Account Opening, Static data checking and services within relevant system for company business;
• Ensure the client documents are updated, reviewed, documented and complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor;

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2 years' relevant working experience;
• Holder of SFC License 1 is preferred;
• Good interpersonal skills, detailed mind and able to work independently;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
