Job Description
Major Job Duties:
- Handle new account opening, perform KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information
- Provide quality customer services, handle client's enquiries and complaints
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist RO with daily work
- Perform ad-hoc duties as the company assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 1-2 year's experiences in customer service field of financial environment
- Holder of SFC license 1, candidates who passed HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is highly preferable
- Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, must be fluent speaking Mandarin.
