Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs of the group, design, formulate and implement training plans to meet with the business strategies
• Formulate training plans, monitor and deliver training activities, and evaluate results to meet with corporate training objectives
• Contribute to formulation of new treatment procedure and sourcing of products / equipment and prepare market comparison report
• Provide classroom training and field coaching sessions for both existing, new joiners and ongoing assessment
• Monitor therapist performance and further develop their practical skills to meet company standard
• Prepare Training manual and Sales kit
• Manage mystery shopper programs and conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Job Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years experience in beauty industry with minimum of 2 years training and management experience
• Certified qualifications such as ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO are preferred
• Holder of ITEC / CIBTAC / City & Guilds Training certificates is an advantage.
• Passionate in training, self-motivated, dynamic, independent with strong leadership skill
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS office
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
