Job Profile

Work under the Building Services team based in Hong Kong, to deliver professional consultancy and technical service as required in the fields of Building Services in order to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Provide support to the Senior Engineers, and assist in delivering small to medium-sized consulting services projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment.
• To coordinate with the Client, internal engineers and external consultants for the electrical design and installation works.
• Attendance at design, project and site meetings.
• To ensure the project is delivered in high quality within the timeline and budget.
• To coordinate with the contractors and solve the site issues may be required.
• Working as part of the Building Services team in a multi-discciplinary engineering office.

Person Specification / Qualification

• Proven track record with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably from consultancy firm
• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD / BIM, InfoWorks / Str. Analysis software;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
