Job Description and Requirements:

• Assisting Team Head in all A&A / renovation projects or ad hoc assignment issues;
• Monitor contractors and liaise with technicians on routine operation, maintenance and A& A works;
• Having 2 years of working experience in related disciplines is preferred;
• Degree in Building Surveying /Building Studies/Civil Construction Management or equivalent; 
• Self-motivated, responsible and good communication skill;
• Fair command of English and Chinese both spoken and written;
• Good PC skill including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint plus Auto CAD;
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered;
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
