Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Real estate, management ,leasing and development, and implementation of company strategies.
-knowledgeable of China market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of Real estate market
-Gather and analyze customer tends to assist in developing and implementation of sales and marketing strategy.
-Motivate and lead a high performance management team to achieve the common goal
=To optimize leasing of the best tenant mix for development and managing effective to achieve annual financial budgets by maximizing rental yeild and return
-Handle ad-hoc task as required to support CEO
Requirements:
-More than 15 years of related working experience in Real estate management field with the priority of Leasing Management
-Experience in China business and Real estate and Leasing Operation
-Well-organized, methodical, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
-Good management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
-Station in China is required.
