Our client, a high-end property company (landlord), is seeking a Project Manager for their luxury residential and A-grade commercial portfolio. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor construction, fit-out, A&A and renovation projects
• Review proposals/tenders from contractors and negotiable with the terms and conditions
• Monitor the design and purchasing requirements, as well as the process of the projects
• Provide on-site inspections and ensure all the required documents/permits are obtained
• Monitor contractor and vendors performance, liaise and coordinate with consultants, utility companies and regulators

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder of Building Services/Project Services Surveying/Construction Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 14 years experience of main contractor/sub-contractor/developer in multi fields with disciplines including A&A and E&M, maintenance of building services systems and new build
• Solid working exposure in construction site in managing contractors' performance and logistic matters
• Able to work outdoor, self-motivated and under pressure
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus
• Exposure in building high-end luxurious individual houses is an advantage
• With professional qualification of MHKIE (Building) or MRICS (Project Management) is highly desirable
