Responsibilities: 

• Undertake sustainable design assignments from both technical and project management perspectives (under supervision of more senior staff);
• Perform computational modelling simulations to analyses alternative design options.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Science or related discipline;
• With a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in environmental/sustainable building design projects (less experienced candidates will be considered for junior post);
• Good knowledge of Green Building Labeling Schemes such as BEAM Plus and LEED;
• Practical experience in application of computational design tools such as CFD Air Ventilation Assessments (AVA) and thermal energy simulation;
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English & Chinese. 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sustainable Building Design Engineer.
