• Degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Basic technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimation, E & M Services
• Able to work independently
• Cost estimation for tendering and project cash-flow.
• Preparation of tender document
• Post-contract administration and cost management
• Preparation of progress invoices and finalization of project final account
