Responsibilities

• Ensure correspondence and records in connection with contract receipts and payment;
• Measure work done of Sub-Contractors;
• Preparation of Sub-Contractors' Final Account;
• Prepare cost / valuation comparisons.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related engineerig disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years relevance experience in Quantity Surveying;
• Experienced in government, building project or A & A works;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Well-versed in MS Office;
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
