Job Duties:

• Coordinate and liaison with various parties for the project matters;
• Handle full set of construction and detail drawings are essential;
• Responsible for cost estimation, cost control and progress monitoring;
• Prepare documentation and project administration;
• Supervise and monitor site safety and work quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building / Interior Design or related discipline
• At least 3 years in project coordination or related experience
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Site experience preferred
