Job Description
Job Scope:
- Leading a team of assistant surveyors, delivering professional services on private and public sector building projects.
- Managing service qualities and commercial targets.
- Building contracts administration and management.
- Preparation of Service Proposals to meet clients' expectations.
Qualification Requirements:
- University Degree in Building Surveying, Architectural Studies or related studies.

MHKIS, MRICS or HKIA preferably with minimum 3 years post qualified experience.

Able to demonstrate good leadership skills.

Experienced in Building Regulations and other statutory legislations.
