Job Description:

• Develop and maintain leads with clients in both Hong Kong & Macau
• Handle marketing & promotion activities e.g. product presentations, seminar.
• Promote the appropriate products to meet client's project requirement.
• Brand management & product identity.

Personal Attributes:

• Maintaining good relationship with clients e.g. Architects, Designers
• Follow up clients' needs & quotations.
• Self-motivated.  Positive personality.
• Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, team work

Qualification & Work Experience:           

• Diploma or above qualification 
• 1 Year Architectural / Construction Industries & sales or marketing Experience preferable.
• Computer skill: Microsoft office
• Knowledge of Auto Cad is preferred but not a must.
• Spoken & written English. Mandarin is advantage, also prefer Filipino language.

 Packages: 

• 5 days work per week. HK Public Holidays
• Double pay, salary negotiable,
• 10 day Annual Leave, Medical, Dental.
• Location : near Lai Chi Kok MTR.
