Job Description
For Senior Architect - Creative
Responsibilities:
- Work with the principal on conceptual designs of large scale architectural projects with an innovative edge.
- Consultant coordination.
- Client liaison.
Qualifications:
- M. Arch or B. Arch degree
- Creative but with technical understanding of building construction.
- Attention to tectonic details.
- Presentable and succinct in verbal and written deliveries.
- Fluency in English.
- Able to travel freely to ASEAN countries and the PRC.
- Portfolio illustrating work and non-work related creative output is required.
For Senior Architect - Technical
Responsibilities:
- To work with design principals on basic structural and tectonic viability of design evolutions.
- To lead and guide team members through construction drawing stage.
- Consultant coordination and Site supervision during construction.
Qualifications:
- M. Arch or B. Arch degree or Building Services/ Structural Engineering Degree
- Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience with completion of large scale architectural projects.
- Fluency in English.
- Attention to details, especially facade design experience is preferred.
