We are seeking an energetic individual who is able to combine graphic design and customer service skills at our design studios. This position will involve preparation of ready to print artwork files as well as the capability of transforming ideas to design based on customer specification.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide professional design and consultation service to client
• Artwork editing, production and printing-related issues regarding client’s artwork and design submission
• Closely communicate with client from project inception to delivery and installation
• Creation of graphic design and photo-retouching base on client request
• Coordinate and support internal and external parties to ensure delivery of high quality work
• Closely monitor store turnover to ensure monthly sales targets are attained
• Facilitate daily in-store operations

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the field of graphic design
• Strong proficiency in MAC, PC and design software including Illustrator and Photoshop is a must
• Able to multitask with positive attitude and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skill, willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Candidate with customer service / retail experience / printing knowledge will be a definite advantage
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
