1) SENIOR DESIGNER / FF&E DESIGNER / BIM DESIGNER

 Requirements:

• Handle full set of project independently and deliver project from design intent through to completion
• High level of presentation and leadership skills
• Min.7 years relevant experience with preference in hotel design projects or luxury residential
• Strong design flair, good initiative and able to work under pressure
• Strong coordination ability and good communication skills
• Fluent in English required; mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Willing to travel, whenever required

2)  SENIOR DESIGNER (LIGHTING)

 Requirements: 

 Strong conceptual lighting design;

• Work closely with clients and internal teams;
• Good presentation skill;
• Support project team in diverse lighting projects;
• Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office;
• Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, Dialux is an advantage;
