Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design and product development that meet the marketing strategy, actively involve from concept, idea sketch and presentation to production.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in Product Design or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years solid experience in Toys Industry;
• Experienced in leading draftsmen &/or junior designers;
• Strong market sense and creativity;
• Strong visualizing skill;
• Creative and excellent design concept;
• Good understanding in prototyping & mould making;
• Proficient in design software: Solidworks, Key-short, AutoCad, Flash, Freeform, Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Occasional travel to factory in China is required;
• A team player and able to work under pressure;
