Responsibilities:

-Design the comfortable and outstanding website layout with modern sense

-Drives consensus, clarity, and alignment amongst key stakeholders

-Create an engaging and thoughtful user experience

-Fulfills product requirements

-Gain a deep understanding of Wave technology and system team’s business objectives, customers, product design, and competition

-Work closely with the Editorial Director, CTO

-Facilitate and participate in brainstorming and creation of user experience concepts

-Develop and design a presentable layout for our in-house tech management system

-Participate in the planning and execution of usability testing, as well as the analysis and reporting of the test results

-Advocate and responsibly educate across the organization in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.

Requirements:

-At least 2 years of experiences

-Good at using Photoshop, AI, Sketch etc

-A strong portfolio comprised or projects with demonstrate strategic, creative

-Experience with responsive, cross-browser, and web app design

-Knowledge in SaaS is highly preferred

-Able to test design ideas using CSS and Javascript, or prototyping software, as a way of building interactive proofs of concept

-Familiarity with agile, iterative design processes and social media ecosystem

-Experience operating in an autonomous environment, needing little direction and being entirely comfortable with ambiguity

-Experience operating in a remote team environment (ie. working autonomously, strong and effective communication skills)

-Must be organized, able to work independently, and able to quickly change focus between different projects

-Fluent written & verbal in both English and Chinese required
