Graphic Design Officer (Part-time or Internship)

Responsibilities:

• The Graphic Design Officer is responsible for providing support for the Marketing department through a variety of channels including digital, web, video and other as assigned;
• The Graphic Design Officer will assist with the development and design of core graphics, promotional materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned;
• Primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Prepare images to coincide with social posts;
• Assist with website updates;
• Assist with collateral updates;
• Create and update various promotional collateral;
• Other projects as assigned.

(This is a 10-15 hours per week part-time position, schedule to be determined; candidates looking for a 3-6 months internship are also welcomed to apply.)

 Requirements:

• Undergraduates with major in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising and Journalism and related discipline(s);
• Familiar with popular social media platforms and expertise in community facilitation to cultivate leads;
• Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop;
• Knowledge of HTML email coding would be an advantage;
• Writing and proofing skills are also required in Chinese and English;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time management skills;
• Energetic, self-motivated, attention to details and proactive with interpersonal skills.

Marketing Officer (Part-time or Internship)

Responsibilities:

• The Marketing Officer will support digital campaign development, provide editorial and market research support for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat & etc.);
• Copywriting include but not limited to press releases and other promotion materials.

(This is a 10-15 hours per week part-time position, schedule to be determined; candidates looking for a 3-6 months internship are also welcomed to apply.)

 Requirements:

• Undergraduates with major in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business and related discipline(s);
• Familiar with popular social media platforms and expertise in community facilitation to cultivate leads;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
• Familiar with MS Office Applications. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop will be an advantage;
• Energetic, self-motivated, attention to details and proactive with interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time management skills.
