The Digital Marketing Executive will support our marketing and digital initiatives to improve customer experience worldwide. The role is exposed to promotion production, website user experience and email marketing. We welcome fresh graduates who’d love to explore the global e-commerce landscape to apply.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Support on-site marketing promotions, manage creative production with our in-house editor and designers, and partner with the IT team to launch promotions
• Manage and support creative production of promotion and email
• Improve website user experience by providing competitor site audit and propose solution to deliver better user experience on desktop, mobile and app
• Strategize and plan the email campaign, implement setup and conduct A / B Testing for optimization
• Review the email campaign performance and provide insights for further optimization
• Deliver report on performance based marketing channels
• Support Social Media channels on specific countries

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field
• Experience in digital advertising, email marketing or search related discipline
• Strong interest in beauty, fashion and what’s trending in the market
• Passionate, creative, and independent with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with good multitasking and organizational skills
• A good team player
