Job Description
Responsibility
- Provide guidance to customers’ marketing team on marketing & PR related issues and projects
- Develop marketing plan across the region
- Develop digital & social media strategies to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to website & shops
- Develop and manage online marketing campaigns
- Manage digital marketing initiatives with content management: website, mobile & social media, O2O
- Strong knowledge of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
- Manage the redesign of the company website
- Familiar with digital landscape, evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Work with the team to explore joint-promotion opportunities through brands collaboration & partnership
- Ensure data, learning and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns are reported on regular basis
Requirement
- Bechelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Multi-media or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of working experience
- Solid e-Commerce or digital marketing experience in fashion retails with international brands
- Demonstrable experience developing marketing strategies based on research and data analytics, experience managing segment and loyalty marketing a plus
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude
- Strong businss accumen
- Periodic travel to China is required
- Excellent commond of both spoken and written English and Chinese
