Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage third party warehouse
- Reviewing order fulfillment processes and procedures
- Training the warehouse staff and updating training materials
- Ensure fulfillment and delivery issues are resolved quickly
- Track that incoming and outgoing product(s)
- Manage VIG
- Engage in special project in improving logistics operations and managing its budget
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to monitor and improve KPIs related to SLAs
Requirement:
- Degree in relevant education
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with third party vendors
- Excellent communication skills
