Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone and email enquiries
• Create, edit and upload product information to the ecommerce platform 
• Process online orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Provide clerical and admin supports to the team

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Independent, detail minded and well organized
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will be considered
