Responsibilities:

• Answering general enquiries about course details.
• Enrolling students and taking payments according to schools' administrative routine.
• Introducing course details and proposing suitable course to students. 
  
• Maintaining student data and learning record system.
• Assisting to monitor students’ progress and offer support to parents.
• Undertaking other routine administrative duties.
• Responsible to the Program Director or the supervisor for providing assistance in school routines.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, with a 1-2 year working experience in a customer service or related field.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.
• Confident, cheerful and proactive with positive attitude.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Familiar in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Rostered to work 5-day a week including Saturday.
• Flexibility in adjusting hours is required when there is an operational need to do so.
