Major Responsibilities:

• To carry out the operational role in the Society’s building maintenance
• To execute the routine repairs and maintenance plan for the Society’s premises and service units so as to maintain fit and proper facilities for the provision of services
• To assist Department Head in the application of government funding in respect of renovation plans for the Society’s premises and service units
• To ensure the renovations are met with relevant Government departments and authorities’ requirements as well as related Buildings Ordinance and regulations

Incumbent Requirements :

• University graduate in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Holder of valid EMSD Registered Electrical Worker grade ‘B’ or above
• At least 5 years relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years in supervisory position
• Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements of HKSAR Government departments and authorities is required
• Experience in co-ordination and liaising with architects, consultants and relevant Government departments and authorities is required
• Prior experience in computer technical drawing is preferred
• Experience in NGO’s working environment is preferred
• Highly independent , able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
