Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support and trouble-shooting of mobile payment services among mobile devices and the Point-of-Sales Systems (POS)
• Conduct POS acceptance test with merchants and manage technical evaluation and acceptance test on smartphone and/or tablet devices
• Partner with Merchant Manager to develop partnership in increase POS acceptance from the technical perspective
• Identify and trouble-shoot merchants’ issues with mobile payment transactions till they are resolved and verified
• Work closely with Mobile Payment team and business teams to drive for the best in class in service quality and user experience, and also meet the product/service launch schedules
• Ensured good quality of mobile payment services that can be launched to the market and meets both internal and external expectations
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in technical support on mobile devices and/or network
• Payment experience is preferred; Telecommunication operator or Equipment provider experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge in Mobile Payment and telecommunication technologies
• Experience in working in retail industry is an advance
• Good problem solving and debugging skills
• Good team player, and good at managing and influencing others in a fast paced and challenging multi-cultural environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Experience in Android and other mobile devices applications C&S development is an advantage
• Outdoor work is required
• Contract period until Dec 31, 2018
