Responsibilities

• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering .
• Drive fixture & tester fabrication projects to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor the equipment maintenance as well as calibration program to fulfill ISO requirements.
• Maintain the Manufacturing Execution System.
• Lead the RFQ engineers in product costing projects.   
• Drive and manage failure analysis & test engineering teams on Product quality yield improvement.
• Early involvement with Design & Development engineering on NPI activities.
  
  
  

Degree in Engineering

• 12 years+ experience in Manufacturing Engineering of which 8 years in managerial position in EMS environment.
• Expertise in Process and Test engineering is a must      
• Experience with hands on approach in Fixture design & fabrication      
• Experience in maintaining Manufacturing Execution system is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
