Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily IT operations
• Provide AD administration and email support
• Responsible for new shared folder setup
• Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting on system issue (Windows server, AD, DNS, printing /general access /e-mail issue)
• Provide 2nd tier support to 1st tier support
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements: 

• Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• 2 years hand on experience in AD, file server, print server & email administration
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and able to work under pressure and independently
