Responsibilities:

• Perform project coordination on global voice and data services’ projects delivery
• Handle VIP customers
• Interface with international carriers for project status update and regular report on service provisioning
• Coordinate end-to-end testing on transmission link, acceptance testing on IP services and bundle equipment
• Handle daily service provisioning and coordination work with internal departments and external vendors/ suppliers

Requirements: 

• Degree in Engineering/ IT or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ relevant project experiences in telecom/ IT industry, either fixed network or mobile service experience will be considered
• Good networking and relationship with carriers and equipment vendors is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and proficient in Mandarin
• Independent, initiative and able to work flexible hours
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Specialist
