Responsibilities

• Organize and follow-up all OEM & ODM projects of hard toys line.
• Lead a team of engineers to provide solid analytical and technical support.
• Following up the project development from conceptual stage to shipment (include costing, tooling sample review and comment, mold kick off and production) and secure the on-time schedule.
• Experience of mold development (include Mold 3D and Mold layout checking).
• Maintain good rapport with designers in product development.
• Handle the costing breakdown of new products and value engineering of existing product, and maintain costing system accuracy.
• Manage and monitor BOM details to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Maintain the highest level of quality standard with QA/QC department.
• Reporting to the Factory Manager.

Requirements

• Holder of High Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years solid engineering experience in Toys industry.
• Experience with toy safety standard, prototype and tooling making process, structure and requirement.
• Good Knowledge of industrial practices and quality assurance.
• Strong in capability, organizing ability, communication, can work independently, with well negotiation skills and high sense of responsibilities.
• Highly motivated, dynamic, solution-oriented to provide engineering support to production team and coordinate with designer team and customer on technical issues during product development stage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and ERP Systems, Epicor preferred.
• Preferred to have knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Station in PRC Guangdong Dongguan in required.
