MAIN JOB DUTIES:

• To assure the Company’s products are in compliance with the international quality, safety and reliability standards.
• Monitor all quality functions including quality control, quality engineering, quality assurance and factory assessment.
• Lead a PRC QC team to carry out the daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectation.
• Work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure product quality
• Followup on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
• Generate standard testing procedures, coordinate on all testing schedules and results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in engineering, quality management or related disciplines.  Candidates with lower qualifications but with strong technical knowledge regarding QC/QA of consumer electronic products will also be considered.
• 5 years' experience in quality, product safety or compliance areas.
• Sound knowledge in quality management and regulatory requirements, especially of US/ European and international regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
• Station in Dongguan (1 hr from LoWu).

2. 監督公司的品質管理，包括品質控制，品質工程，及驗廠事宜。
3. 領導國內QC部，履行日常QC作業。設定產品規格，實踐客戶要求。
4. 跟客戶及供應商聯繫，確保產品質量。
5. 跟進客戶投訴，切實執行改善行動。
6. 制定標準測試程序，協調測試編制及報告。

崗位要求：

1. 具大專以上（工程／品管）程度。
2. 5年以上品管經驗。
3. 熟悉國際品質標準。
4. 具有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，能獨立工作並承受工作壓力。
5. 駐東莞廠房。
