Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the achieving sales target of Huawei core network products for both mobile and fixed operators
• Development of sales opportunities through regular visits to customer’s business and engineering teams, responsible for all aspects of pre-sales activities, including requirement discovery, solution design, proposal preparation and presentation.
• Responsible for technical proposal preparation, presentation, quotation and price negotiation
• Managing RFQ/RFI/RFP response.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge in 2G/3G/SAE standards.
• Familiar core network components, including Soft-switch, IMS Core, MSC, MGW, HLR, PCRF etc. Familiar with SS7, SIP, H.248, Diameter protocols etc.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player, self-motivated, aggressive and work independently.
• Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
