Languages
Oral and written proficiency in English, Mandarin, & Cantonese, other languages skills (German, French or Spanish) are an asset

Education  
Tertiary academic background in Engineering, Manufacturing Process or any Product Development related aspects preferably

Work Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international company or a company with international exposure

•Proven and successful experience in product development and manufacturing, preferably in toys and compounds
•Engineering background and/or strong manufacturing knowledge
•Adaptable and comfortable to work in a complex cross-cultural team

•Ability to organize and capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details
•Self motivated, reliable and able to work independently
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Power Point and Word
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•General knowledge of material and toy safety regulations
*China travel required

•Responsible to manage various product development projects, from the design, to the prototyping, the tooling, the manufacturing and the assembling up to presentation in the form of a power point presentation of the product concepts
•Be part of a dynamic international team with offices in Switzerland, Hong Kong and China
•Organize, plan and manage, in cooperation with the team, all aspects related to the development of the international business
•Coordinate meetings and follow up with customers at our Hong Kong Far East office
•Provide and prioritize multiple tasks such as preparing correspondences, quotes and reports as well as samples coordination 
•Facilitate the information flow of the customer’s requirements to the factories for order processing, production planning and safeguard quality control, monitoring and optimizing efficiency of factory machines
•Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and ensure material quality and on time delivery
