Responsibilities

1. Plan, update, monitor and track on the project using project scheduling tools.
2. Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
3. Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
4. Ensure to take appropriate planning measure with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
5. Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management.
6. Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
7. Liaise with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that may arise.
8. Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the constriction development.

Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience for Degree Holder.
3. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience for Diploma Holder.
4. Familiar with basic codes and standards for the trade that he is employed in.
5. Familiar with Water/Wastewater or Waste to Energy preferred.
6. Knowledge of planning software including Microsoft Project, Primavera, Asta, etc.
7. Understand engineering principles.
8. Good time management and planning.
9. Good organizational skills and methodological approach.
10. Attention to details.
