Major Responsibilities:

l   Define project scope, project schedule, resources requirements, budget of projects

l   Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and the required level of quality over the project management cycle;

l   To ensure safe and efficient operations of various systems and carry out risk assessment and derive mitigation measures;

l   Communicate and lead meetings externally with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, partners and internally with members to make clear all requirements and deliverables are understood and executed;

l   Recruit and monitor sub-contractors and suppliers performance as well as contract and legal related matters.

Requirements:

l   Bachelor in Electronic / Electrical / Computer Engineering/ Computer Science / Information Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent

l   At least 7 years project management experience and At least 2 years experience at a supervisory level

l   Experiences in managing government projects, IT application delivery, managing oversea vendors are preferred; and

l   IT System / User Administration and UNIX / Linux administration experience/ professional mobile radio system is a definite advantage

l   Irregular working hours including Sunday, Pubic Holidays and overnight and outdoor works are required (depends on customer requirements)
