Job Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Hospitality or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in customer service
• Prior exposure in hospitality or aviation background is preferable
• Cheerful, self-motivated, energetic and sense of responsibilities
• Conversant with computer skills in using Microsoft Office
• Good communication of both spoken and written English
• Fresh university graduates will also be considered

Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to key customers in a courteous and timely manner
• Follow up customers’ requests & enquiries with overseas offices and internal parties
• Update customers’ database and assist in marketing events coordination as required
