Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent
• 1-2 years guest relations, front desk or customer service experience
• Experience in hotels, airlines or premium clubhouse is preferable
• Peasant personality, energetic, team player and customer-focused
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Fresh graduates in Hospitality, Tourism or Travel will also be considered
• Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform all-rounded guest relations and front desk support in a tactful manner
• Handle check-in & check-out and transportation arrangement for premium guests
• Responsible for hotel rooms reservation and preparing related monthly reports
