Bar De Luxe is a Japanese cocktail bar that has been brought to life by Hidetsugu Ueno, the legendary mixologist and owner of Tokyo’s internationally renowned cocktail mecca, BAR HIGH FIVE. Ueno san’s protégé, Yuriko Naganuma, has moved from Tokyo to spearhead the long anticipated launch of Hong Kong’s Bar De Luxe as Head Bartender.

lProvide friendly, courteous and professional service to our guests

lMaintain hygiene, neatness and cleanliness of the shop

We are looking for individuals who enjoy and take pride in providing guests with truly exceptional and memorable service experiences. Who enjoy being part of a team and will be a proud ambassador for our brand.

•  Form 5 or above, with formal training in recognized technical institute an advantage
•  Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience (fresh graduate is also considered)
•  Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
•  Good command of spoken English and Chinese
•  Eligible to work in Hong Kong
