Responsibilities:

• Assist to monitor the existing social platforms of the Group at Headquarters including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TripAdvisor, Weibo and Twitter
• Develop engaging and interesting contents on group level for the key product brands of Plaza Premium Group including but not limited to Plaza Premium Lounge and Aerotel
• Liaise with in-market offices to support social strategy execution and ensure timely content delivery by in-markets offices in line with Group direction
• Partner with Customer Relations team to monitor online conversations
• Actively networking with social communities to build brand awareness and reinforce social reputation and relationships
• Engage influencers for seeding and engagement programmes through social networking sites to build brand love
• Assist to train and brief internal staff and appointed agencies on the Headquarters’ social policies, strategies and execution guidelines

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years’ social and content marketing experiences. Experience in agency or travel-related industry will be an advantage
• Strong writing skills and interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive and multi-tasked individual who is sensitive to market trends in the travel, aviation, and hospitality sectors
• Possess good understanding of digital & social ecosystem
• An active user with passion and savvy in various social networking sites
• A good team player yet able to work independently
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
